SIFF '08
This year we are participating in the Seattle International Film Festival in a unique way.
We are documenting conversations between key filmmakers and actors at this year's festival.
Chuck Palahniuk
On May 28th More Dust filmed an event here in Seattle with cult hero Chuck Palahnik (Fight Club, Choke, Rant).
Consisting of a short story reading, an interview by Warren Etheredge and a screening of a preview for an upcoming film based on his novel Choke, the event was quite the spectacle.

On May 21st, we filmed the intimate conversation between noted author James Frey (A Million Little Pieces) and Warren Etheredge.
The interview was the first of a series of events hosted by Mr. Etheredge called Words & Wine, produced by Kim Ricketts.

MoveOn.org Finalists!
Our commercial, Come Together was selected as one of the 15 finalists in the MoveOn.org sponsored contest, Obama in 30 Seconds!
Our video was voted in the top 1% of all the ads, and as a finalist, received national attention.
Seeds of Compassion
From April 11th - 15th, we were honored to take part in filming the events with the Dalai Lama here in Seattle.
We shot lots of great footage of His Holiness delivering his message of compassion as well as performances by Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds and Death Cab for Cutie. We also got some great interviews about compassion with Ann Curry, Jeff Ament of Pearl Jam, Chris Walla of Death Cab for Cutie, and Washington's Governor Chris Gregoire.
A Day With Barack
February 8th: We joined Barack Obama's press core for the intimate speech and press conference at McKinstry and the over-capacity campaign rally at Key Arena. We shot the events on two HD cameras and will be featuring some of that footage in our upcoming clean tech documentary.
It was an honor to meet the candidate and capture this historic day.
GLOBE '08
On March 12th we traveled to the GLOBE 2008 conference in Vancouver, BC, a major international gathering of leaders in the environmental industry, to debut our ten-minute film: EverGreen: Washington Clean Tech at Work.
The film features comments and endorsements from an impressive array of clean tech advocates, including Washington Governor Chris Gregoire, US Congressman Jay Inslee, Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels and Presidential Candidate Barack Obama.
Clean Tech Documentary
This spring More Dust begins production on a PBS-style documentary film, "Revolution: The Washington Clean Tech Story," which will expand on the content we produced for GLOBE.
The film will be part of Washington Clean Tech Alliance's campaign to promote and publicize Washington clean technology in a variety of media.
New Client: Goose Networks
More Dust is proud to announce a new collaboration with Goose Networks, a Seattle based company that facilitates ride-sharing programs both publicly and within private companies.
We'll begin by producing three web-videos highlighting different features of Goose's service.
Oliver Stone Interview
We are currently in post-production on a pilot episode of "The Warren Report", a television show that explores issues presented in contemporary film. This episode, "SHOOT ME" focuses on the film "Oswald's Ghost" directed by Robert Stone, and questions America's ongoing fascination with the assassination of John F. Kennedy.
We feature interviews with author Vincent Bugliosi, and filmmaker Oliver Stone. Stay tuned.
FarmLinks @ GIS Show
Our latest film for FarmLinks played to acclaim in January at the Golf Industry Show in Orlando.
In shooting the film we traveled from San Diego to South Carolina, filming at the prestigious courses Torrey Pines, Harbortown Golf Links, Atlanta Athletic Club, and FarmLinks.
WILL Premiere!
The premiere for our short film "WILL" was held on December 6th at the University of Washington. The cast and crew we're thrilled by the positive reaction of the audience, and plan to submit the film to select film festivals.
The screening was followed the first annual "More Dust Christmas Party" at MDTD headquarters.
